Download
http://apt.sw.be/redhat/el4/en/i386/RPMS.dag/rpmforge-release-0.2-2.2.el4.rf.i386.rpm
and install it.

If you would like to enable rpmforge you should set enable to 1 in
/etc/yum.repos.d/rpmforge.repo.

Dags Repo is part of rpmforge.
