[CentOS] missing Nagios dependencies: how to fix on yum?

I actually ran 'yum install update' and 'yum install upgrade' after adding
that the CentOS 5 rpmforge (instead of the CentOS 5 rpmforge).

Is there any unscrambling these eggs?
