SOLVED - [CentOS] Anyone still uses "MO drive"?

Ugh,
Sorry for the false alarm.
It turns out to be cabling problem. After replacing with another scsi cable, 
it's recognize right away :)

[root at testsrv ~]# cat /proc/scsi/scsi
