[CentOS] Can not modprobe acpi-cpufreq.ko in CentOS 5.2

there are nothing output by "dmesg" when I tried the

 # modprobe acpi-cpufreq

and

 # modprobe acpi-cpufreq

The output message is same whenever how many time you execute
above two commands.
