[CentOS] how to convert 7 cd iso images into one dvd image?

or, put all the 5.2 CD contents on a local http server, and use 
http://vault.centos.org/5.2/isos/i386/CentOS-5.2-i386-netinstall.iso 
(<8MB) to install it.
