Use lspci to figure out what integrated graphics card it has and search for
Linux support of that chipset.

On the topic of the wireless, search around your favorite search engine.
You may have to contact the Madwifi project or whomever's driver you're
using.

Never tried that myself.
I'd expect some package names would differ slightly, but partitioning and
what not would be compatible.
