[CentOS] CentOs 7.0 and reboot failure

        Centos 7 runs systemd ,so
        may need to use 'systemctl reboot' to reboot and 'systemctl 
poweroff' to shutdown system.
         I suggest to read systemctl manpage ( towards the end)
