Is that also the reason that the Windows VirtIO Drivers are not available in any CentOS repository? They are freely available upstream from linux-kvm.org. I'm actually using Fedora's virtio-win-0.1-100.iso CD-ROM image, which I find more convenient than where the RPM would install those files.
