[CentOS] Need help: I219-v driver issue in centos 7 installation

Sir,
This are the output.
[root at localhost ~]# lspci -nn| grep -i Ethernet
00:1f.6 Ethernet controller [0200]: Intel Corporation Ethernet Connection
(7) I219-V [8086:15bc] (rev 10)

[root at localhost ~]# rpm -qa kernel
kernel-3.10.0-693.el7.x86_64

[root at localhost ~]# uname -a
Linux localhost.localdomain 3.10.0-693.el7.x86_64 #1 SMP Tue Aug 22
21:09:27 UTC 2017 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
