This moots the 'distro-sync full' bits in yum, so no need for yum-3.4.  Although having it in CentOS-Plus would be nice for those who know that that will break strict compatibility, since I know you'd prefer to not Require: it for CR.

And that also makes it cleaner.  Much cleaner.
