Cubieboard2 - selinux enforcing fails

I had to rebuild me image from scratch, so this time, instead of permissive, I decided to set enforcing for selinux. I powered off and powered back on. What ever happened (and I can send the serial console to anyone wanting to review this), the system rebooted and came back around finally to login. Once I logged in, I saw that the ethernet was not available. So I am going to redo this and just leave selinux to disabled until we get further along (and someone else tests it out!). I am running all my systems behind two firewalls and will just have to rely on that for now.

UEFI on HiKey 96boards

Plague build servers / Compilations

Hello I have access to plague servers (thanks to Fabian for the live debug :p). I've tried to compil a package, and it was successfull. I see the job goes to my folder, but to go in the standard build queue, I need to requeue the original failed job, but I don't have access to it. For example, I have compiled this package with this ID: bash-4.2$ plague-client detail 7001 Detail for Job ID 7001 (389-ds-base): ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Source: /rpmbuild/srpm_upload_dir/nrepentin-1-1/389-ds-base-1.3.3.1-13.el7.src.rpm Target: nrepentin-1-1 Submitter: nicolas(a)shivaserv.fr Status: needsign/ Archjobs: armv7hl: armv7-02.dev.centos.org done/done But if I want to requeue the original job: -bash-4.2$ plague-client requeue 4174 Error: You are not the original submitter for Job 4174. --> Is it possible to have a right to requeue the original job, or do I need to ask someone with rights to do it? rbf for olinuxino-micro

I've managed to create Fedora 22 image running on olinuxino-micro (with HDMI support! hooray! (:) ) using rbf script. My goal is of course CentOS7 but before that i have two issues: - i don't know how to generate /boot/extlinux/extlinux.conf (in official Fedora image in comment it says it was generated by appliance-creator). Is there any (automated) way to do it properly? - rootpass.exp doesn't work, it hangs on 'passwd' command. If i kill it, rbf will continue, but of course root password won't be set. I tried to run rbf with LC_ALL=C but it doesn't help. -- Over And Out MoonWolf

Cubieboard2 Image

Per the previous thread regarding Test Platforms, I have uploaded the RBF output here: http://www.mininodes.com/uploads/cubieboard2-centos-image.img.tar.gz This file was built with all default options, no modifications whatsoever were made. I simply wrote it to an SD Card, inserted in my Cubieboard2, and it booted right up. Hope this helps. -David

Bananapi / C7

Hello I made some others tests for Bananapi and Centos image. Image generated with rbf is 4.3GB. I think we should shrink it to 4GB to allow people use 4GB cards. selinux enforcing has messed up ethernet

No ethernet since trying to boot with selinux set to enforcing. I just booted with the F22 mSD card that worked just fine. No ethernet. I hope I don't have a dead board now. Help?

C7 arm graphical desktops

What desktops will be available? I vote for Xfce. I was interduced to it with Fedora-arm and I using it also on my Fedora x86_64 notebook. Low memory, low cpu, low battery consumption. Normally I will NOT have a gui on a server, but there are times...

Please add ntpd to minimum build

Probably be doing this anyway? but.. The first thing I have to do on a new image (other than set root password) is to get ntpd running to get the current date/time as no battery rtc. It is bad enough that all the boot messages have the wrong time, but at least to get the time as soon as possible. BTW, I suggested some time ago on the Fedora-arm list a service that regularly (perhaps every 5 min) writes the current date/time to a file. At boot time, a script reads this and sets the date/time so that the boot messages (and if network has problems) is closer to the actual time rather than reporting it is 1970.

CentOS on olinuxino-micro

It kinda works. Has HDMI, but ethernet card doesn't work. Is kernel compiled it same config as RedHat's one (e.g. without many drivers for older cards)? -- Over And Out MoonWolf
