Kernel 4.19.1

In a few hours, hopefully, there will be a kernel 4.19.1 for armhfp landing here https://armv7.dev.centos.org/repodir/community-kernel-latest/ That kernel is almost the same as fedora, with only a few tweaks, but since it is all very new, please test carefully, and report back. Don't say I didn't warn you.... :D Pablo.

Hi, In the community-SCLs_php72-testing repository php-7.2.11-1 showed up. Again, thank you for the effort! We would like to test them but they turn out to be opt-in packages; Looks like the %scl tag was not set during the build. Could someone reissue the build with the proper buildtag?
