rpi3b+ is bcm2837 (also reason why I mentioned it in my previous answer : https://lists.centos.org/pipermail/arm-dev/2020-January/007799.html

So can you verify which one you have ? as bcm2835 would never work and we never had any release for that armv6 arch :) (but RedSleeve has)
