Robert, it looks like you are using the raspberry-pi version of the kernel, which apparently doesn't provide kernel-devel-uname-r, but since we (by we I mean Fabian) are working on getting the rpi to work with the generic kernel, i don't know if it will be fixed. In the meantime you can try to install all the other packages, install raspberrypi-kernel-devel and then install dkms with --nodeps?
