Please add fdtdir /dtb-4.14.28-201.el7.centos.armv7hl and fdtdir /dtb-4.9.75-204.el7.centos.armv7hl to both kernels respectively. If that works, I'll try to add a note to with some recommendations.
I would need to re-image the SD card to test that, which would mean taking the house completely offline (Internet & phones) for however long it takes to test and/or recover. Needless to say, I'm not eager to do that.
Is it possible to test this with QEMU somehow?
