Out of curiosity, why is the 7.2 iso needed? Once installed, the first update will bring in all the 7.3 pieces anyway (and there are a number of CVE fixes between 7.2 and 7.3).

Where is the CenOS 7.2 installation ISO now? We no longer see it under
http://mirror.centos.org/altarch/7.2.1511/
and http://mirror.centos.org/altarch/7/ has been replaced with CentOS 7.3
