The rbf readme uses dcfldd in place of dd. Sounds interesting from what a search reveals,
I don't know about F22 but if you want it on CentOS, you can install it from the gsoc2015 CentOS repository http://armv7.dev.centos.org/repodir/gsoc-2015-1/
