I need libpango for rrdtool, and libpango is OS specific. And I am not finding it at all in

But rpmfind found:
ftp://195.220.108.108/linux/mageia/distrib/cauldron/armv7hl/media/core/release/libpango1.0_0-1.40.3-3.mga6.armv7hl.rpm
Can I 'safely' use it?
I also need libpangocairo.

Hello Bob, I also have rrdtool installed but no libpango*. Do you mean "pango", that is needed by rrdtool.
I can't find 'pango' Only pangox-compat (and I tried having the rpms locally and the did not help). rpmfind points me to www.pango.org
Here is what happens when I try to install rrdtool:

I've got it from https://armv7.dev.centos.org/repodir/c7-pass-1/pango/1.34.1-5.el7/armv7hl/pa...
Andreas,
Wow! To install perl-Log-Log4perl, I had to get:
wget https://armv7.dev.centos.org/repodir/c7-pass-1/rrdtool/1.4.8-8.el7/armv7hl/r... wget https://armv7.dev.centos.org/repodir/c7-pass-1/rrdtool/1.4.8-8.el7/armv7hl/r... wget https://armv7.dev.centos.org/repodir/c7-pass-1/pango/1.34.1-5.el7/armv7hl/pa... wget https://armv7.dev.centos.org/repodir/c7-pass-1/harfbuzz/0.9.20-4.el7/armv7hl... wget https://armv7.dev.centos.org/repodir/c7-pass-1/graphite2/1.2.2-5.el7/armv7hl...
To get the dependencies met.
Well it is in.
Plus I was able to get mailgraph from the x86_64/Packages, which needed queuegraph and install it.
Whew.
Now to figure out what is causing Postfixadmin to say no php5-imap. I asked on their forum.
