Probably a stupid question… What kind of testing do you want? Install a selection of packages on ARMv7 hardware and say how it goes?

Well, more or less "yes" : some people reported in the past a lack of epel pkgs for armv7hl so we can try to rebuild the packages people want/need and test those (functional level).
