[Centos-automotive-sig] New source Git repo request: kernel-scripts

Hi,

I would like to request to have a new source Git repo created in the automotive SIG [1] called kernel-scripts. This will contain various scripts and the corresponding configuration files that we've created to build the automotive kernel for development purposes.
