[Centos-automotive-sig] osbuild-auto development repository request

Hello,

The osbuild-auto project currently resides in https://gitlab.com/CentOS/automotive/rpms/osbuild-auto, which serves both as development and dist-git repo. Requesting a new repository at https://gitlab.com/CentOS/automotive/src/ osbuild-auto to migrate the development of the project to, and leave the original repo as dist-git only.
