[Centos-automotive-sig] Request for new repository in automotive SIG: boot-time-analysis-tools

Hi,

I would like to request to have a new repo created in the automotive SIG called boot-time-analysis-tools. I would need both the source and dist git repositories created. This will contain various tools that we've developed to analyze the time spent during the various points when Linux is booting.
