This repo will be used in the same way that we use https://gitlab.com/CentOS/automotive/rpms/kernel-automotive today.

For AutoSD builds we will push to the c10s-sig-automotive-main branch. (We do not need a c9s branch.)

The project has been created, I gave it the same permission as for kernel-automotive.
