Update postfix-mysql

A recent update to postfix mysql errors on my cOS 4.5 system with complaints about missing dependencies libmysqlclient.so.15 and libpq.so.4. Have I messed up again? Is anyone using luci successfully to create clusters with shared storage support? If the "enable shared storage option is selected, the cluster is not created and luci just gives errors about not being able to install the necessary software. I need to provide a 3-4 node gfs cluster. I have ..and others posted bugs about this on the forums / bug system without any solutions. Some of the reports go back a few months without even a reply from development. Is there a way to log what is trying to be downloaded on the nodes, perhaps i could just manually install it but there is not logs on what luci is trying to do. Thanks in advance.

Hi all, I'm trying to use centos5 as desktop/development machine, but i having a lot of problems to compile Amule and d4X, tools that I use a lot. Somebody have some experience to do this work?? sombody have an .spec file?? thanks a lot ! JC Júnior Ps. yes I have all lib neccessari to build this tools.

ncurses admin tool over ssh

Hello, Just installed CentOS 5 64bit. I come from a Suse environment and I am curious if there is a ncurses type admin tool similar to Yast? I don't want to run X windows on this server. Many thanks and I'm looking forward to learning about and using this Linux distro. Regards, James

Help with CentOS 5.0 domU install

Hi, I am trying to install a centos 5.0 domU via virt-manager (or alternatively as described in the centos howtos). Anaconda boots up fine, asks for the language, then for the installation medium. Here my problems begin. I am trying to install via nfs, so I enter my IP details and nfs server details, but after confirming the nfs details, anaconda barely tries to contact the nfs server and instead spits out following error message right away: Error: That directory can not be mounted from the server. I have exported a centos DVD via nfs. The DVD is good, the export also. Also my entire setup seems ok, because if I export a Fedora 7 DVD instead of the centos DVD, I can access the nfs share and install Fedora 7 without problems. ONLY WITH CENTOS I have this problem. It must be something with the centos installation kernel/image/anaconda installer imho. I have not found any reports describing this behaviour. Am I the first who has had this problem? How could I go about debugging what anaconda is doing / why it fails? I am completely out of ideas of what could be the cause of this problem and how I could get rid of it. Any hints? centosplus repo updates

Hello, First of all thanks to the poster on the wiki for centosplus. I've configed it added include and exclude lines, do i need the centos-priority plugin? I want to enable centosplus to use the centosplus kernel and the centosplus webstack. Below are my base, updates, and centosplus repo definitions. I'm getting an error when i do a yum update that a dependency for postfix libmysql is not satisfied. I would have thought that would have been pulled in by the include mysql* option pulling in mysqlclient? Thanks. Dave.
