yum update

Just installed fresh copy of 3.3 from isos. When I run "yum update" I am getting an error when trying to install updates: "Could not find GPG key necessary to validate....." I am sure I have missed a posting on this issue but have not been able to find it. How do I get & load correct GPG key? Thank you, Beth

hey, i'm trying to setup mrtg to monitor swap and memory. though every mrtg-config i've tried have faild. i've got the same mrtg-configs working in gentoo. so i'm wondering if anyone got mrtg working properly and if they could share their config? greetings.

software Raid1 on centos3

how is the stability of software raid1 on a system running centos3. i have 2 75gig hard drives that i would like to mirror if possible, that being the reliability is worth it...there will be lots of network traffic on the server. It will be used possibly as a file server, it will most definitely be used also as a mail server and webserver. i would be ok to me to not mirror the drives but this is for my place of employment and im looking to implement a linux server. im not new to linux, just the whole raid situtation. i would like to show my employer how well linux runs in a business environment. Thanks

does it matter which boot loader i use? i read somewhere that lilo is better for raid than grub. is this true or are others using grub with raid. the hard drives im going to use are ide.
