There is an update to openoffice for CentOS-3.1 https://rhn.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2004-160.html refers. Updated files are :- updates/i386/RPMS/openoffice.org-1.1.0-15.EL.i386.rpm updates/i386/RPMS/openoffice.org-i18n-1.1.0-15.EL.i386.rpm updates/i386/RPMS/openoffice.org-libs-1.1.0-15.EL.i386.rpm updates/i386/SRPMS/openoffice.org-1.1.0-15.EL.src.rpm These are available at http://mirror.centos.org/3.1/ and should be on all mirrors within a few hours. CentOS DVD ISO not downloadable

Hello list, I wanted to download the CentOS 3.1 DVD image, but since I'm not too familiar with BitTorrent I asked my brother to do so. He tried and told me the tracker was down. I don't know exactly what that means, but he can't download it. Regards, Florian Neukamm

Hola folks, I'm new to Centos and giving it a whirl in a test setting. fresh install - resolv.conf error?

Before I submit as a bug, has anyone else encountered -- doing a fresh, clean install of CentOS-3 results in a resolv.conf with only my secondary nameserver listed and the search domain. The install works fine, the eth0 and eth1 (onboard e100's) are detected, all the right info entered, etc -- typical by the book textmode (not GUI) install that I'd normally do with RH9/RHEL3. Static IP eth0, 2 nameservers, eth1 unused left at defaults. Anyone else confirm? Unfortunately the machine is already in production, so wiping and retrying to confirm isn't an option for me. Be curious myself as to what info you come up with on the "upgrade via ISO" and "SATA" support questions you posed. Hopefully someone on the list will help you out with a reply to the list. Status of CentOS 2.1

Hi! What is status of CentOS 2.1? Is it still developed, when is a stable release planed? Can i use it for non-critical production? What i can do, to help with CentOS 2.1? Regards J.Pinkis
