Hi,
I am wondering where I can get a repo that has xcache. (Or if anyone has any tips on a PHP optimizer)
Thanks James
Hello,
maybe, you can use APC : http://www.howtoforge.com/apc-php5-apache2-fedora8(it is for Fedora, but it works on Centos)

My only question is how does lighttpd and APC play together? (Let's hope nicely)

APC is a module for PHP. So, if you see it with phpinfo(), it is ok with apache or lighttpd. I only use it with apache, so, I can't tell you anymore :-/
You can read this link http://www.howtoforge.com/integrating-apc-into-php5-and-lighttpd-fedora9with is about APC and lighttpd on Fedora.

rpmforge has always the fitting eaccelerator for CentOS PHP. Works great.

Hi, I do maintain both xcache and APC for Centos. http://fs12.vsb.cz/hrb33/el5/hrb/stable/i386/repoview/letter_p.group.html http://fs12.vsb.cz/hrb33/el5/hrb/stable/x86_64/repoview/letter_p.group.html http://fs12.vsb.cz/hrb33/el4/hrb/stable/i386/repoview/letter_p.group.html http://fs12.vsb.cz/hrb33/el4/hrb/stable/x86_64/repoview/letter_p.group.html

That repo is unmaintained. Don't use it.
