Changes for Harvey Mudd College Mirror

I've moved the HMC mirror from the rather old and limited machine in my office to a dedicated mirror server in our machine room. The new address is http://mirror.hmc.edu/centos/. The canonical name of the machine is worblehat.math.hmc.edu. Its IP address is 134.173.34.196. We are currently mirroring from msync.centos.org twice a day. Outgoing bandwidth should be pretty good, and we are also on Internet 2. Please update whatever needs to be updated for mirror.hmc.edu and please remove yum.math.hmc.edu from the mirror list. Thanks! Syncing 5.2

I have made available rsync://mirror.chpc.utah.edu/CentOS-hidden for anyone who wants it. This target runs as my mirror user, so you won't have to wait for the bit flip. Be aware that this target also *includes* the DVD images. I am still syncing 5.2, but it may be of use to someone. DVD access

Could I please have access to msync-dvd.centos.org::CentOS-incdvd from 130.226.184.9 ? I've already downloaded the DVD's from elsewhere, including the new 5.2 x86_64. And please change "Direct DVD Downloads" to YES on the mirror list. I serve DVD isos only via FTP, HTTP access gets a redirect. We will help to distribute DVD iso content from http://mirror.silyus.net/centos You may list it as serving DVD iso files from now. I have done an initial rsync from a 3rd party server and have now switched to msynch-dvd.centos.org to get 1st hand content for redistribution. Florian

x86_64 tree and ISOs must be redone

All, The x86_64 tree and ISOs have to be respun as we have a problem with more i[3,4,5,6]86 files in there than belong. We are working hard to fix this, and we will not remove the ISOs from the mirrors but will sync the new ones over them. I have removed the .torrent files and the sha1sum/md5sum files for x86_64 isos and have unauthorized the x86_64 ISOs on the torrent server. I have also flipped the READ bit off again on the 5.2 tree (chmod 770 instead of 775). We will fix this and get the new ones out asap. Also ... as always ... PLEASE don't install till we announce the release :D Thanks, Johnny Hughes
