We're looking to have 5 to 7 solid proposals, we requested a range of
slots that covers that, and depending on what we get I may ask for
more (get on a waiting list.)

Once we know our count, that is where the sorting matters the most. We
have until 27 April to:

* Assign mentors to each project we want to take (mentors flip the
"Interested in mentoring" switch.)
* Sort them for ourselves so that our X slots cover the top projects,
and X+Y is there in case we get more slots (Y).
* Have all that set by 27 April along with language in our profile to
send out to accepted/rejected students, etc.

I think our discussions here are narrowing things down, I'm going to
propose a priority order a bit later this week based on those
discussions & my own reading of things.
