The ARMv8 Centos is based on Linux-V4.2 now. I want to know if there be a plan to move to newer kernel version for ARMv8 Centos? For example, kernel-4.4 or Kernel-4.5? Thank you very much.

I believe the current rumor/plan is to move to 4.5-ish around the 7.3 release timeframe, yes.

Yes, I believe the current plan is that we'll be moving to a 4.5 based kernel when 7.3 is released.
