CentOS 7 has AAVMF package in altarch/7/os/aarch64 repository. But does someone saw it's source package?
I checked vault.centos.org but not found it. Package is also not present in x86-64 repository (where it would be named OVMF).
The only place where src.rpm for it exists is one CBS build:
http://cbs.centos.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=7000
Is it normal that CentOS repository contains packages for which source packages are hidden somewhere or did I not digged deep enough to find them?

That's exactly where I pulled the srpm from to build it.

No, but we haven't established a formal strategy for pushing a src.rpm for something 'changed' like this yet. I think we need to work out if vault is the right place, and how we push things there. There are a handful of packages for aarch64 that are problematic like this. The qemu-kvm-ev package, ovmf, and the kernel (though that has a workflow workflow established, just not formally documented on the wiki) are the ones jumping immediately to mind. I believe everything else is stock.
