Some of you probably already read this (see https://lists.centos.org/pipermail/centos-devel/2016-February/014432.html) but we had a big power outage in one DC where we have some services. While the initial mail mentioned only some public services, there were other services impacted by that outage. The armv7.dev.centos.org node is one of those. So I had to launch a restore process of the public content for rpmbuild (http://armv7.dev.centos.org/rpmbuild/) and repodir (http://armv7.dev.centos.org/repodir/) , so don't be surprised if that looks empty for now : restore process is still ongoing (and will take hours).
