The rbf readme uses dcfldd in place of dd. Sounds interesting from what a search reveals, but I don't have it in any of my 'standard' F22 repos. Can I get it for F22?

I don't know about F22 but if you want it on CentOS, you can install it from the gsoc2015 CentOS repository http://armv7.dev.centos.org/repodir/gsoc-2015-1/

This sounds circular. I have to have a C7arm system to run a tool to build C7arm SD cards :)
I will ask this on the Fedora list.
