Take the fedora-arm-installer rpm and install it and use it!
The image you work from MUST have /usr/share/uboot
The list of supported boards is in the board.d directory in fedora-arm-installer.
Lots of boards supported.
But NOT RPi2!

Copy that pretty much wholesale until the boot config portion. Add a note that the centos-arm-installer does not support the RPi2, and see below for manual install.
