if I look into the logs under 18030-ipa-4.4.0-14.el7.centos.7 then I see that it was not build successfully but the error looks for me !!! like an internal error:
http://armv7.dev.centos.org/repodir/c71611-updates-1/repodata/242e67b81f4747...: [Errno 14] HTTPS Error 404 - Not Found
How such problems are handled? The build of the following package (18031-irqbalance-1.0.7-6.el7_3.1) has also failed. Is this an automatic process which tries it only once?

Hi Silvio,
Sorry for late answer : my time for armhfp is limited those days, and also my Thunderbird wasn't notifying me of new mails in the Arm-dev dedicated folder :-(
So yes, it was internal issue and it's now building (with the patch to also allow building the server part)
