I started to build some stuff on my rpi3 with centos7 but got broken deps. Searched a bit and found https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1326871 which indeed fixed the problem.

Could you please apply the patch to rpm to have this fixed?

Note, you need to rebuild rpm with the patch applied, install it with --nodeps and then rebuild rpm a second time (of course).
