Hello together, I've running a SOHO mailserver (postfix, dovecot, amavis, spamassassin, apache, nextcloud, mariadb) with fedora on a Odroid-XU4 for a long time. Since limmited RAM (2GB) OOM kills amavis 2/3 a day. Now I'm thing to replace Odroid-HC1 with a SOC with more RAM
Is there any Hardware (SOC, no expensive Serverbords) that runs with CentOS8 and/or Fedora? OS : CentOS8 and/or Fedora aarch64 CPU: min 4 RAM: min 4 GB Storage: eMMC with SSD, USB3
Thoose boards on https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Architectures/ARM are all armv7hl (=32Bit) and on https://wiki.centos.org/SpecialInterestGroup/AltArch/AArch64 are all expensive Serverbords.
Greetings Andreas
Personally, I use RPI 4B, with 4Gb RAM, SD 128Gb and CentOS 7.x, since they are available.
With the recent 8GB, it clearly changed my life, compared to 3B+ that I had at the beginning.

It seems that you can get HATs for the RPi that give 4 SATA interfaces if the USBs are not fast enough or you want RAID. Not sure about Centos support.
Even a 4Gb RPi4 is pretty quick. For the price, very quick!

For low ends, I'm using a hummingboard pulse, which comes with several configurations, I think one of them is 4G (mine has 3G), it has nvme but I've never tried it. If you want to go a abit above that range, while still not being server prices, the Solidrun Honeycomb is what I use, up to 64G, nvme, etc, but that's really above in price.
