I am plugged into an HP2524 switch. Quite a good switch; not some $5 special.

I am getting this message often. Sometimes multiple times before things 'quite down'. Not seeing this on the Cubietruck (a different ethernet), or my Cubieboard2s running Fedora 22 & 23b.
