[Centos-automotive-sig] Repository request for qcom-abl and qtestsign

Hi,

I would like to request the following dist-git to be created: - qcom-abl: to package Qualcomm's Ride4 ABL[1], - qtestsign: to package a test signing tool for Qualcomm's ELF binaries[2].

This is intended to facilitate ABL handling during flash/upgrade in tests/demo environments.
