xmms-flac missing dependency

I just tried to install the flac plugin for xmms, and failed. Google does not help. How to fix this? libapr issue - CentOS 4.7

Hi I am trying to get httpd onto a freshly updated, although long time ago installed CentOS 4 box. Timeout for a script

How could I make a script time out after nn minutes, if it's not finished by then? Cluster Broken Pipe error and Heartbeat configuration

Hi, I am running two node active/passive cluster on RHEL3U8-64 bit operating system for my oracle database,both the nodes are connected to HP MSA-500 storage(scsi not Fibre channel) . Below are my hardware and clumanager version details. It was running fine and stable for last two years but all of a sudden for the past one month i am getting below errors on syslog and cluster restarting locally. Rsyncing UPdate repo yoyoing

It has been crazy this past week how a rsync on the update repo keeps downloading a number of openoffice.org rpms then deleting them. And the repodata directory seems to be messed up so that I have problems on some systems doing updates with it. My rsync script is: #!/bin/sh rsync -auv rsync://mirrors.kernel.org/centos/5.2/updates/i386/ \ --delete --exclude=debug/ /repos/centos/5.2/updates/i386 Oh, and today we have announcement of some Centos 5 updates, but nothing available yet.

gem ruby-sqlite3 install error

i am tryin' to install ruby-sqlite3 via gem, but it keeps givin' me this output: mathilda ~ # gem install sqlite3-ruby Building native extensions. This could take a while... Stop. Gem files will remain installed in /usr/lib/ruby/gems/1.8/gems/sqlite3-ruby-1.2.4 for inspection.
