Anyone know any issue with OS X 10.4 and CentOS with ssh or any connectivity issue with: OpenSSH_3.8.1p1 vs OpenSSH_3.9p1?

problem with yum

I installed centos 4.2 but I cant get yum working, i always get a timeout error with repodata/primary.xml.gz from base. How can i solve this? -- Roger D. Request suggestion for Enterprise Fax Server for CentOS 4.2

List: Please suggest fax server software for Corporate use with CentOS...requirements...centralized, multiple modems, if required, scriptable for pre/post fax actions with perl/shell scripts, if possible compatible for faxing from open office and maybe M$ Windoz. CentOS 4.2 iscsi-initiator-utils mounting NetAPP problem

I can successfully mount my NetApp with the iscsi-initiator-utils provided with CentOS-3.x, but with the same configuration I cannot see any results using CentOS-4.2 Any Ideas, or troubleshooting tips are appreciated. Has anyone gotten iscsi-initiator-utils version 4 to work with a NetApp ?

ISCSI and restarting the network

Is there a config file somewhere which I can edit which will automatically kill a specified process, and unmount a filesystem which is mounted over iscsi before shutting down the network, and then after the network is started to mount the iscsi mount point. This is my /etc/fstab and the "/IMAP" device is the iscsi device </etc/fstab> LABEL=/ / ext3 defaults 1 1 LABEL=/boot /boot ext3 defaults 1 2 none /dev/pts devpts gid=5,mode=620 0 0 none /proc proc defaults 0 0 none /dev/shm tmpfs defaults 0 0 /dev/sda3 swap swap defaults 0 0 LABEL=/IMAP /opt/test ext3 _netdev 0 0

Well, hughesjr, I'm using the *default* meaning of "default": You'll get SELinux "on" on install if you don't take action to select it off. Automagic partitioning is also default, you have to take action to get into DiskDruid. Yum install mysql-server.
