where to download CENTOS 5.5 DVD version?

I want to CENTOS download side and tried to download CENTOS 5.5 X86_64 DVD version. I can NOT find on any site. Any ideal? Thanks.

Hi ,all : as the subject says: I'm stuck with ldap-auth. Distribution: CentOS 5.3 i386 Davical/awl: Latest *.rpm (davical_0.9.7.6-noach.rpm) So far, I've got davical up and running using the Postgresql database . Booting from a USB hard drive?

I'm trying to learn Asterisk (specifically Trixbox) and, as you probably know, it runs on CentOS. I want to run it on my laptop and thought that I could install it to an external USB hard drive, like I've done with Fedora 12 and Linux Mint 8 (I like to keep my small CentOS/Windows dual booting hard drive in the laptop's hard drive slot). But it won't work. It kept giving me hard drive errors when I tried to install it to the USB drive, so I installed it in the regular hard drive slot in the laptop -- where it works fine. But when I move it to the USB enclosure, it starts to boot, but can't mount the partitions and goes into kernel panic. I checked this with my CentOS hard drive and it does the same. I'm guessing the only reason Linux Mint works is because it refers to all partitions as "sda" instead of "hda" -- so it doesn't know it's in the wrong slot (just a guess). Is there an easy fix for this? Is there some configuration file that I can change entries from "hda" to "sda" so the partitions will mount or is it more involved than that? I went to the CentOS documentation page (http://www.centos.org/docs/5/) looking for some documentation on 5.5 but was surprised there is nothing there post-5.2. Is there another place I should be looking? Thanks, Joe

PHP file upload limit

Hi all, I am trying to run a web-based PHP application on a CentOS 5 32-bit machine that requires me to upload large files. The machine also happens to have little RAM (256MB). I have no problem setting my upload limit ( upload_max_filesize ) to 1 GB but for some reason 2 GB or above seems to be no go. Would anybody know why? Could it be one of the many 32-bit vs 64-bit issues? Thanks. Boris.

software raid - better management advice needed

Hi, I've used mdadm for years now to manage software raids. The task of using fdisk to first create partitions on a spare drive sitting on a shelf (raid 0 were my 1st of 2 drives failed) is kind of bugging me now. After using fdisk to create the same partition layout on the new drive as is on the existing drive and then using mdadm to finish every thing up is a little tedious. Any one have an idea how to have a sort of hot plug were I just swap out the drive and it rebuilds? - aurf

Hi all, in a script if I have: VERSION="3.2.0" I can do: echo jj-$VERSION-jj and get jj-3.2.0-jj however if I do: echo jj_$VERSION_jj I get jj_ How do I get the $VERSION to work with the underscores like the dashes do. Thanks, Jerry

Monitor Network Traffic

What is the best way to monitor the total incoming / outcoming network traffic of CentOS server. I think that the solution is to monitor the network interfaces and to send SNMP packets to remote server. But is it possible? regards
