Xen on CentOS 6.4

I heard talk of a centos-supported xen dom0 for CentOS 6.4, but I haven't heard talk of such a thing lately, and I haven't seen where to download it, which could just be me being stupid.

qemu-img resize

Hi, I've been using qemu-img resize for a few days now, seems fine. But if I du the VMs image file, it still shows the size before resizing. Inside that VM, the new size shows correctly. Is qemu-img resize the right tool for this? Once I qemu-img resize, I then use various fdisk/ LVM tools, etc... to resize within the VM just incase you all were wondering. - aurf

qemu-img resize run on live VM

Hi, I ran gemu-img on a VM thinking it was down but in fact it was live. I rebooted the VM and it does show the added space after running pv/lv etc to resize the disk, also the KVM server if you will, also shows the correct new size of that particular VMs raw file via du. However the virtual machine manager still shows the disk size of that VM as being before the resize. Is there a way that I can fix this? Is this a benign discrepancy? Thanks in advance, - aurf

Looking for Instance backed Centos 6 x86_64 images

Hello Folks, I am looking for official centos 6 x86_64 AMI's for the Singapore region. I found an ebs backed Centos image from http://wiki.centos.org/Cloud/AWS (ami-3e22616c) in the market place <https://aws.amazon.com/marketplace/ordering/ref=dtl_psb_continue?ie=UTF8&pr oductId=adc4348e-1dc3-41df-b833-e86ba57a33d6&region=ap-southeast-1> . However I am unable to find corresponding instance backed images. Can you help point me in the right direction for this? Thanks in advance for your help! - Asit

Package lists for Cloud images

hi Guys, As we get ready to start publishing Cloud Images ( or rather images consumable in various virt platforms, including public and private clouds ) - it would be great to have a baseline package manifest worked out. What / how many images should we build. At this time we were thinking of doing : - CentOS-5 32bit minimal - CentOS-6 32bit minimal - CentOS-5 64bit minimal - CentOS-6 64bit minimal - CentOS-5 64bit LAMP - CentOS-6 64bit LAMP What would be the minimal functional requirements people would expect from these images ? and what rpms should be installed ? Should root login be enabled or should we require people to go in via a 'centos' user.
