Domains using the distribution provided pvgrub won't boot after upgrade.

Old location of pvgrub:

/usr/lib/xen/boot/pv-grub-x86_32.gz /usr/lib/xen/boot/pv-grub-x86_64.gz

New location of pvgrub:

/usr/lib64/xen/boot/pv-grub-x86_32.gz /usr/lib64/xen/boot/pv-grub-x86_64.gz
