Is there a procedure/howto to follow when moving from existing HW to virtual machine.
I found: http://wiki.centos.org/HowTos/Xen/MoveNative2DomU
but it seems little bit complex for me(but not impossible).
Is there a tool that does the migration (XenOptimizer should do it???)
When searching I find only commercial tools...

it's old.. but it still does the trick.. just use si_prepare client to create the running image.. Then restore to a set of LVM volumes.
