Is Xen 3.2.0 available on any CentOS repository or perhaps third party repository? Will using this package require compiling from source?

If you want 32 bit rpms, goto Xens page and downlaod them for CentOS. If you need the 64 bit you have to make it, from the srpm you download from the same place.
