This is a PVFB, not sure if they work for HVM or not.
Seems to work just fine other than refusing to bind to 0.0.0.0 so I can access it from another machine on the network without setting up an ssh tunnel.
You probably want a toplevel vnclisten="0.0.0.0:0" to cause the VNC associated with the emulated VGA to be bound to the address which you want.
"toplevel"?
I mean literally write: vnclisten="0.0.0.0:0" in your configuration file, not wrapped in a vfg = [].

This is my settings:
vfb = [ "type=vnc,vnclisten=192.168.2.27,vncpasswd=XXXXXX,vncdisplay=1,keymap=en-us" ]
Hope this helps.
