In my Windows 7 Pro 64 bit KVM virtual machine, I have a hidden device driver called "vport0p1".
What driver goes with this?

Found it!
It is called "VirtIO-Serial Port RawPDO" and is found over on
C:\Program Files (x86)\SPICE Guest Tools\drivers\win7\amd64
