All CentOS-6 xen updates are now being done via the SIG. If you have done normal updates, you have already transitioned to SIG content.

Your choices are :

centos-release-xen-44 or centos-release-xen-46

(centos-release-xen does centos-release-xen-46)

There should be support via the SIG for the lifetime of CentOS-6.
