Yes. The 'virt-manager' application will let you use a disc in a drive as installation media.

Then you can use virt-install, but you will need to setup a VNC connection to the host in order to see the new VM and finish the install. If you're new to this, I'd strongly recommend installing the CentOS desktop and using virt-manager until you get used to it though.

Probably the easiest way would be to use a centos vm to connect via virt-manager or you can look into the man's of virt-install?
you could also forware x via ssh to your pc and start it on the server.
